Gullcrazey Pie Kids Coastal T-Shirt White
A comical take on the Mousehole Stargazey Pie.
According to legend, one December in the 16th century the seas around Cornwall were too violent to take the fishing boats out and the local villagers in Mousehole were starting to get hungry. Until one brave fisherman, Tom Bawcock, braved the storms alone and returned with a miraculous catch of pilchards. There was enough to feed the whole village. The villagers baked a huge pie and left the fish heads poking out through the crust, looking as though they were staring up towards heaven. And thus the star gazing pie was born.
Of course the Gullz R Loud version is a little different, no Gullz were hurt in its creation. It’s just a few cheeky chaps diving in and having a feast on a Stargazey Pie that was left unattended.
